My client is looking for an experienced Fire Safety Manager/Risk Assessor to undertake technical Fire auditing.
Responsibilities:
Audit fire risk assessments and provide quality assurance
Provide competent fire safety advice
Support the Fire Safety Director
Conduct site inspections
Experience | Qualifications | Memberships
NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate or an equivalent level qualification (essential)
Level 4 Diploma in Fire Safety or Fire Risk Assessment (desirable)
Member of the IFE or IFSM
Experience conducting Fire Risk Assessments on residential properties or higher-risk residential buildings (HRRB)
Great knowledge and understanding of fire safety legislation and guidelines
Experience within the Housing and Property sectors
Experience in the fire service or enforcement (Desirable but not essential)
Full UK driving license
This is an exceptional hybrid opportunity with a high-performing team in London. You will be providing quality assurance on fire risk assessments conducted by external parties. The salary is dependent on experience and expertise.
