​Heathgate Search is delighted to exclusively partner with a globally recognised and iconic brand to appoint a Hard Services Manager. In this role, you will be required to:

  • Oversee all aspects of hard FM services and liaise with the landlords and managing agents

  • Manage day to day facilities compliance including Health and Safety and Fire

  • Report into senior management and line manage a team of facilities technicians

  • Carry out building inspections, manage budgets, manage the permit to work system, ensure facilities compliance and tender for new suppliers

  • Use CAFM software or smart technology to support you within your role

Qualifications | Memberships


  • NEBOSH General Certificate

  • Proven experience in managing hard FM services and facility infrastructure

  • Broadcasting, Media, Property sector experience (Desirable)

My client is looking for a Hard Services Manager with gravitas, confidence and first-class interpersonal skills. You will need to have in-depth stakeholder management experience and excellent communication skills. As you will be working in a fast-paced and exciting environment, you will need to be flexible and adaptable.

You will also be required to work the occasional weekend which will be given back in lieu.
