Heathgate Search is delighted to exclusively partner with a globally recognised and iconic brand to appoint a Hard Services Manager. In this role, you will be required to:
Oversee all aspects of hard FM services and liaise with the landlords and managing agents
Manage day to day facilities compliance including Health and Safety and Fire
Report into senior management and line manage a team of facilities technicians
Carry out building inspections, manage budgets, manage the permit to work system, ensure facilities compliance and tender for new suppliers
Use CAFM software or smart technology to support you within your role
Qualifications | Memberships
IWFM/CIOB
NEBOSH General Certificate
Proven experience in managing hard FM services and facility infrastructure
Broadcasting, Media, Property sector experience (Desirable)
My client is looking for a Hard Services Manager with gravitas, confidence and first-class interpersonal skills. You will need to have in-depth stakeholder management experience and excellent communication skills. As you will be working in a fast-paced and exciting environment, you will need to be flexible and adaptable.
You will also be required to work the occasional weekend which will be given back in lieu.
