We are working with a well-established, prestigious educational establishment based in Hertfordshire to appoint a Senior Health and Safety Advisor.
You must be a team player and possess leadership skills to ensure the safety of all staff and children. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and drive forward the health and safety function.
In this role you will be required to:
Oversee all health, safety, and environmental matters
Set the health and safety policy/procedures and ensure legal compliance
Provide competent health and safety advice, report incidents, investigate accidents, and implement suitable control measures
Oversee the health and safety across multiple sites, provide competent advice, train staff, and conduct risk assessments and audits
Work closely with stakeholders to improve the environmental impact
Requirements:
Strong experience within H&S
NEBOSH diploma or equivalent
Experience working within the education sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Extremely well presented
