We are delighted to partner with a leading Facilities Management business to appoint a Senior Health and Safety Manager. You can be based from anywhere in the UK for this role however you will travel to the Midlands, South and the South West more frequently.
Responsibilities:
Provide competent health and safety advice, support operational teams, conduct incident/accident investigations and carry out site inspections and audits
Lead a national team of Health and Safety Advisors
Measure the Lost Time Incident Rate, Food Safety Incident Rate, Food Safety and Allergen Performance and Food Hygiene scores
Promote key HSE initiatives, attend senior leadership meetings, drive hse compliance and ensure policies and procedures are being adhered to
Qualifications/Memberships
NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent level Health and Safety qualification
Food safety qualification/experience
Excellent leadership skills and stakeholder management experience
You will be home based and required to travel 2/3 days per week. You will interact with stakeholders in the Midlands, South and South West. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a fantastic organisation and team.
