Heathgate Search is delighted to partner with a leading Facilities Management business to appoint a Health and Safety Advisor in Weybridge. The salary is between £47,000 - £53,000 per annum.
You will be required on-site 5 days per week with the option to work 1 day from home once you have settled into the role. A DBS check and security clearance will also be completed.
Responsibilities:
Provide competent Health and Safety advice and guidance to all staff on-site
Implement the group-wide Health and Safety strategy and ensure high standards of Health and Safety
Develop and review the HSEQ management system
Ensure all subcontractors are adhering to processes and procedures and all work is carried out safely
Experience, Qualifications, Skills:
NEBOSH Diploma or working towards
HSEQ contractor management experience
Experience in the Facilities Management, Property, Construction, Science industries or a transferable sector
Experience or knowledge of (working at height, confined spaces, hot works, fire safety, hard and soft fm, construction, asbestos, CDM or laboratory safety)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
