We are delighted to partner with a leading Real Estate business in London, to appoint a Health and Safety Advisor for a 12-month FTC.
This is a fantastic hybrid opportunity with a great organisation and you will be required to:
Provide competent Health and Safety advice, carry out risk assessments and investigate incidents/accidents
Induct new starters, train staff and support the implementation of the H&S management system
Ensure Health and Safety compliance across the estate, corporate offices and construction projects
Support the group's well-being initiatives, attend committee meetings and engage with stakeholders
Qualifications, skills and experience:
Level 3 or Level 6 qualification in Health and Safety
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Experience within the Property, Construction, Logistics or FM sectors
You will be joining a high-performing team and have the opportunity to develop and further progress your Health and Safety career. As this is an initial 12-month FTC, my client is looking for someone who can start fairly quickly.
