Heathgate Search is delighted to partner with a leading Real Estate business to appoint a Health and Safety Manager. This is a national, hybrid role and your time will be split between travelling to sites and working from home. The salary is up to £45,000 + car allowance.
Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for all Health and Safety matters and deliver a first-class Health and Safety service
Provide competent Health and Safety advice, investigate incidents/accidents and conduct site visits/audits
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Fire legislation across all sites
Complete reports, induct site-based staff and sign off on events
Experience:
NEBOSH Diploma or working towards
Experience in Property, Facilities Management, Retail, Events, Hospitality or a transferable sector
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fire Safety experience (desirable)
Valid driving licence and right to work in the UK
