Heathgate Search is delighted to partner with a leading Real Estate business in Stratford, London to appoint a Health and Safety Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity not to be missed.
In this role, you will be required to:
Lead the Health and Safety function on-site and be the key point of contact for all Health and Safety matters
Set the Health and Safety strategy, write policy, provide competent Health and Safety advice and ensure compliance across the estate
Oversee the Health and Safety for commercial and residential properties and ensure compliance with the building and fire safety act
Carry out Health and Safety audits/inspections, maintain records, investigate accidents and ensure statutory compliance
Skills | Qualifications | Experience
Health and Safety experience within the Property (Residential and Commercial), Estates/Facilities, Housing sectors or a transferable industry
Experience operating within a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills s you will be engaging with multiple stakeholders
NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent level qualification
CMIOSH or working towards
