Heathgate Search is delighted to partner with a leading Real Estate business to appoint a highly experienced Health and Safety Manager. This is a national role and you will be required to travel to sites throughout the UK to provide Health and Safety expertise.
The salary is between £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. You can be based in London, the Midlands or Manchester or from a central point of the UK where you are able to travel to sites across England.
Responsibilities:
Be the senior point of contact for Health and Safety and ensure high standards are met across the property portfolio
Investigate incidents/accidents, improve safety culture and ensure risk assessments are carried out to the required standards
Engage with senior stakeholders, oversee a safety budget and line manage Health and Safety advisors
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent level Health and Safety qualification
Experience in the Property or Facilities Management industries or a transferable sector
Strategic Risk Management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
