We are delighted to exclusively partner with a leading Housing Association in Hampshire, to appoint a Health and Safety contractor for an initial 3 - 6 month period.
You will be required to.
Set the Health and Safety strategy and write the policies and procedures
Develop effective systems and processes
Engage with senior stakeholders within the business and train staff
Promote a positive safety culture and ensure company-wide compliance
Carry out site inspections, write reports and investigate accidents and incidents
Skills and qualifications:
CMIOSH
A level 6 diploma in Health and Safety or an equivalent level qualification
Experience within the Housing/Property sector or a transferable industry
First-class communication and interpersonal skills
